BOOKING POLICY

1. Appointment Scheduling

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.

A valid credit card may be required to secure your booking.

The service duration begins at the scheduled time—even if you arrive late.
2. Arrival & Preparation

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time to complete any intake forms and prepare for your session.

If you arrive late, we may shorten your service to ensure the next client is not delayed—or reschedule the session if necessary.
3. Cancellation & No‑Show Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time to avoid a fee.

If you cancel within less than 24 hours, you may be charged up to 50% of the service fee.

No‑shows or missed appointments may incur up to 100% of the service fee, and you may be required to prepay for future bookings.
4. Changes to Services

If you wish to change the type of service or practitioner, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can accommodate your request.

Add‑ons or enhancements added at the time of service may be subject to availability and additional fees.
5. Payment & Refunds
