BOOKING POLICY

1. Appointment Scheduling

  • Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.

  • A valid credit card may be required to secure your booking.

  • The service duration begins at the scheduled time—even if you arrive late.

2. Arrival & Preparation

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time to complete any intake forms and prepare for your session.

  • If you arrive late, we may shorten your service to ensure the next client is not delayed—or reschedule the session if necessary.

3. Cancellation & No‑Show Policy

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time to avoid a fee.

  • If you cancel within less than 24 hours, you may be charged up to 50% of the service fee.

  • No‑shows or missed appointments may incur up to 100% of the service fee, and you may be required to prepay for future bookings.

4. Changes to Services

  • If you wish to change the type of service or practitioner, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can accommodate your request.

  • Add‑ons or enhancements added at the time of service may be subject to availability and additional fees.

5. Payment & Refunds

  • Payment is due at the time of the appointment. We accept [Insert payment methods].

  • Prepaid packages or memberships are non‑refundable but may be transferable under certain conditions (please contact us to review).

  • Discounts or promotions applied to services must be presented prior to booking.

6. Health Disclaimer

  • Our services—including colon hydrotherapy and wellness support—are intended for healthy adults and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

  • Please inform us of any health conditions, medications, or past surgeries that may affect your treatment.

  • If you are pregnant, have a serious medical condition, or are under the care of a physician, you may require clearance before booking certain services.

7. Governing Conditions

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a client presents a health risk, instability, or inappropriate behavior.

  • We may modify this policy at any time; updated versions will be posted on our website with a new “Effective Date.”
