Cancellation Policy

NEW POLICY! Clients arriving late for their appointment will only be treated for the remainder of their scheduled time. This is limited to being 15 MINUTES LATE FOR (REGULAR 35 MINUTE COLONIC SESSIONS) AND (20 MINUTES FOR EXTENDED SESSIONS). After that time has passed YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED! We do not reschedule or provide refunds for clients that have missed their appointment. YOU WILL BE SUBJECT TO OUR POLICY WETHER YOU CHOOSE TO READ IT OR NOT! ***CANCELATION, RESCHEDULING, and TARDINESS POLICY***: PLEASE cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 HOURS prior to your scheduled appointment on the wix app to avoid penalty (NO EXCEPTIONS). ​ IF YOU CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE WITHIN THE TIMEFRAME PROVIDED, YOUR BALANCE WILL BE APPLIED TO A FUTURE SERVICE (NO REFUNDS), IF BY SOME CHANCE YOU ARE REFUNDED, THERE IS A $5.95 PROFESSING FEE FROM SQUARE THAT WE ARE CHARGED, WHICH WILL BE TRANSFERRED ONTO YOU. ​ If cancelling outside of the 24 Hr timeframe, please let me know via TEXT OR EMAIL ONLY & ALLOW ME TIME TO RESPOND. CALLING IS NOT NECESSARY. If I am servicing a client I do not respond to phone calls. NO REFUNDS **PLEASE DONOT TEXT REMINDER NOTIFICATION PHONE NUMBER, I WILL NOT RECEIVE IT**​ Appointments not cancelled at least 24hrs prior to your scheduled appointment will forfeit your payment ***REGARDLESS OF THE SITUATION,*** and a new payment will be required in order to schedule your new appointment. You are allowed to cancel or reschedule the same appointment with me two times. If a third attempt is made it will be canceled, & you will be blocked from my clients list, your payment will be forfeited. YOU CAN CANCEL, OR RESCHEDULE ON THE WIX APP, ON YOUR OWN AS MANY TIMES AS YOU'D LIKE, PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE "MEMBERS APP" PRIOR TO BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT TO DO SO. ​ THERE IS A WAITING LIST OF CLIENTS THAT WOULD LIKE TO BE SEEN EVERY MONTH & I AM ATTEMPTING TO ACCOMMODATE EVERYONE TO THE BEST OF MY ABILITY. (I do understand there may be unforeseen issue that may arise & I will try my best to accommodate you) THAT IS WHY MY BOOKING POLICY & BOOKING FEES/PAYMENT SYSTEMS ARE IN PLACE. EVERY NO CALL OR NO SHOW AFFECTS MY SMALL BUSINESS & CLIENTS THAT TRUELY NEEDS A COLONIC! ​ ***VERY IMPORTANT*** If you CANCEL DURING THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT (LESS THAN 24 HRS ), your appointment will be canceled AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND REGARDLESS OF THE SITUATION.
