It is important that we provide you with our policy prior to you booking your appointment.  This is to ensure that everyone is treated equally and that we are held responsible for what we implement. 

Booking Policies 

DEPOSIT POLICY:

There is a $5 (NON-REFUNDABLE) booking fee for Groupon Customers. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ENTER A CODE. 

NO DEPOSIT/ Booking Fee=NO APPOINTMENT FOR GROUPON CUSTOMERS

 

SCHEDULE and AVAILABILITY:

SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS ARE AVAILABLE BASED ON CANCELLATIONS.

FOLLOW my INSTAGRAM or FACEBOOK @Inspirecht to stay updated on cancelations, Also TEXT 704-964-4111 to be put on the waiting list. I may extend a courtesy phone call to confirm your appointments or notify you of any cancellations. 

 

All AVAILABILITY IS POSTED HERE ON THE WEBSITE.

If the date and time that you are requesting is unavailable, please continue to check back as someone may cancel or reschedule. I will update the calender immediately. 

 

CANCELATION, RESCHEDULING, and TARDINESS POLICY:

 

Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 HOURS prior to your scheduled appointment on the wix app to avoid penalty

(NO EXCEPTIONS).

IF YOU CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE WITHIN THE TIMEFRAME PROVIDED, YOUR BALANCE WILL BE APPLIED TO A FUTURE SERVICE

(NO REFUNDS)!

If cancelling outside of the 24 hr timeframe, please let me know via TEXT OR EMAIL ONLY & ALLOW ME TIME TO RESPOND. CALLING IS NOT NECESSARY. If I am servicing a client I do not respond to phone calls. 

 NO REFUNDS AND FULL SERVICE FEE WILLL BE CHARGED.

Appointments not cancelled at least 24hrs prior to your scheduled appointment will forfeit your deposit ***REGARDLESS OF THE SITUATION,*** and a new deposit will be required in order to schedule your new appointment.

You are allowed to cancel or reschedule the same appointment with me two times. If a third attempt is made it will be cancelled, you will be blocked from my clients list, and your deposit will be forfeited.

YOU CAN CANCEL, OR RESCHEDULE ONLINE, ON YOUR OWN AS MANY TIMES AS YOU'D LIKE, PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE "MEMBERS APP" TO DO SO, YOU CAN ALSO REQUEST TO BECOME A SITE MEMBER TO HAVE ACCESS.

THERE IS A WAITING LIST OF CLIENTS THAT WOULD LIKE TO BE SEEN EVERY MONTH & I AM ATTEMPTING TO ACCOMMODATE EVERYONE TO THE BEST OF MY ABILITY, THAT IS WHY MY BOOKING POLICY, BOOKING FEES, AND DEPOSITS ARE IN PLACE. EVERY NO CALL OR NO SHOW AFFECTS MY SMALL BUSINESS and CLIENTS THAT TRUELY NEEDS A COLONIC!

I allow a 10 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD, IF YOU ARE NOT HERE beyond that, your appointment will be cancelled. I have a back to back schedule so if I let you come one minute past your appointment time, my next client that came on time will have to wait.  

If you are 10 minutes late OR CANCEL DURING THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT (WITHIN 12 HRS OR LESS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT), your appointment will be canceled and your card on file WILL BE CHARGED 100% of your scheduled services REGARDLESS OF THE SITUATION.

 

NO CALL/ NO SHOW POLICY:

NO CALL NO SHOW appointments will be blocked from booking future services and your card on file WILL BE CHARGED 100% of your scheduled services.

 

THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THE POLICIES STATED ABOVE, Thank you for understanding.
