Deposit Policy

• $5 non-refundable booking fee for Groupon customers.

• No booking fee = no appointment for Groupon customers.

• Do not enter any codes.

Scheduling & Availability

• Same-day appointments available if there are cancellations.

• Follow on Instagram or Facebook @Inspirecht for updates.

• Text 704-964-4111 to join the waiting list.

• Availability is posted on the website calendar and updated immediately.

• If your requested time isn’t available, keep checking back for cancellations.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Tardiness Policy

• Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment via the Wix app to avoid penalties. No exceptions.

• Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours means your payment will be credited toward a future service—no refunds.

• If cancelling more than 24 hours ahead, text or email only (no calls), and please wait for a response.

• No refunds. Full service fees will be charged for late cancellations.

• No texting the reminder notification number.

• Appointments not cancelled 24 hours prior will forfeit deposits, and a new deposit is needed to rebook.

• You may cancel or reschedule the same appointment up to two times. The third attempt results in cancellation, client list removal, and forfeited deposit.

• You can cancel or reschedule unlimited times online via the “Members App” or by becoming a site member.

Late Policy & No-Shows

• 10-minute grace period for appointments. After that, appointment is canceled.

• Being more than 10 minutes late or cancelling within 12 hours of your appointment results in full charge on your card on file.

• No-call/no-show appointments will be blocked from future bookings and charged 100%.

• Policies are strict to accommodate all clients fairly and maintain a smooth schedule.
