Cancellation Policy
โฐLATE ARRIVALS: โข 15 min grace period for 35-min sessions โข 20 min grace period for extended sessions After that, your appointment will be canceled with no refund or reschedule. ๐๏ธCANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING: โข Must be done at least 24 hours in advance via the Wix App (Spaces by Wix โ Members App). โข Cancellations/reschedules made on time will be credited to a future appointment (no refunds). โข Late cancellations (less than 24 hrs) or no-shows = payment forfeited, no exceptions. โข If you cancel during your appointment time or with less than 24 hoursโ notice, your payment will be forfeited. ๐ฒCOMMUNICATION: โข Text or email only. No calls. โข Do NOT text the reminder number. I wonโt receive it. ๐ซ No Refunds & No Exceptions โข No refunds will be given for late arrivals, missed appointments, or cancellations. โข If a refund is issued under rare circumstances, a $5.95 Square processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
